I really didn't think I was going to like this series as I always just kept myself away from this type of group friendship shows. I'm a fan of the great sitcoms of the past such as I love Lucy, Lavern and Shirley, Three's company, and most recently How I met your mother and The Big Bang theory respectably. But honestly after running through 9 seasons of the show, in the past few weeks, I can see what all the fuss is about.
Ross is a little much but he is a very gifted physically funny actor which I was not expecting. The ever overly neurotic Monica was a bit of a surprise as I didn't expect Courtney Cox to be as loud and funny as she is, I Know! Chandler is a great character as well always with the punch line and the master of sarcasm. Joey is great he's like a big dumb jock but his heart is made of gold and don't forget Tribiani's never get full! Phoebe's is like the pot headed, hippy, vegan, tuff from the streets, airhead that I really can't get enough of. Now I remember why I loved Romi's and Michelle's high school reunion so much. Now Rachael although drop dead gorgeous Ian exactly my type of character. She lies, steals, and thinks the world owes her everything. And P.S. they were on a "BREAK"!!
Now back to finishing the last few seasons and to see if maybe my opinions change on these character.
